Clarendon Court Inspired Design

Together with RGBvision I am working on an elite cottage inspired by the famous Clarendon Court in Newport, Rhode Island.

Just as with the original, this is a superb design of classical Palladian architecture. It has beautiful interiors and 21st Century technologies. Whilst being very grand it is also in a quite manageable size, approximately 1,300 sq m of total space. A large lower level design is available, it will greatly increase the size of the house.

Magnificent ground floor master suite. Four individually themed en-suite bedrooms on the first floor. Four ground floor reception rooms. Large kitchen and family room.

As with most of my designs, it was at first ment to be an elite cottage in one of the many Rublevka villages. The design is still for sale to any country.

The architecture and interiors will be done by two of the top names in Europe.

My notes: The Old Garden is a Quinlan Terry design in Twickenham, Richmond about 16 km southwest from central London. A beautiful site on the banks of The Thames. The grounds are about 3 (1.2 approx ha) acres, and here you have beautiful landscaping, pond, tennis court, swimming pool and more.

The house has 6 reception rooms, 9 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. There is also a gym, steam room, treatment room, a 12.5 meter indoor pool, home cinema, wine room and much more.

Interiors by Mlinaric, Henry & Zervudachi. In most newer English homes I have seen white, boring and very ”cold” interiors. Here it is much different, I like what has been created, this is an elegant and comfortable home. The double-height reception hall is my favourite.

Knokke Avenue

Knokke, “the Monaco of the North Sea” is an exclusive resort on the Belgian coast, about 100 km from Brussels, the capital of Europe. Here you can enjoy fine sandy beaches, golf, casino tennis and much more.

Knokke is also home to a very interesting project, a street with ten villas inspired by the spirit of The Bishops Avenue in London. The architecture is inspred by the Arts and Crafts movement. The plots are 544-693 sq m. Ground floor 225 sq m + two upper floors. Designed to the taste of the purchasers. The architect for the project is Vanderbruggen Architectenbureau, and interiors are from Marie Dupont.

My notes: This 2009 cottage with 1,100 (11,840.30 sq ft) sq m is in a village called Rasspolozhen. It is on the Rublevo-Uspenskoe highway 7 km from Moscow. Rasspolozhen is close to Barvikha, Zhukovka and Barvikha Luxury Village.

The exterior I like, it reminds me a bit of some Scandinavian homes. Only three images are available, a bit sad.

The Bovey Castle Hotel
