This is a “sister mansion” to Trianon Palace, also designed by a leading American architect.
A total space of 1,776 (19,116.70 sq ft) sq m, and it sits on a 9,700 (2.39 acres approx) sq m plot with 54 m of frontage with beach and dock.
It might have been designed by an American, but it is not a very good floor plan, and not very American. But in a country with a “new” real estate market this might be very popular.
